Copy your cargo from in-game. Fields must be
item name, category, volume, total price
Paste it into the box and pick a packing strategy (usually you want the "Value pack").
You will now get a suggestion on how to pack your DST's for a maximum of 1b isk's worth in each.
It's not perfect, but it should get you something quick that you can use.
